Services We Offer

Active Duty Service Members: We are proud to offer comprehensive audiological and hearing aid services for Active Duty Services Members and their dependents. A referral is required from the primary care provider.

Types of Services for ADSM:

Comprehensive audiological evaluation
Hearing aid evaluation
Hearing aid dispensing
Hearing aid programming
Hearing aid repair
Tinnitus consultation

Reservists: We provide annual hearing testing for active reservists. A referral is required from a VA contracted agency.

Veterans: We provide Disability Medical Evaluation examinations for hearing loss and tinnitus for Veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs gives VA disability benefits to all disabled veterans with service-connected medical conditions. The process begins when a veteran applies for a VA disability. A disability rating is then assigned by the VA to each condition and is used to determine the exact amount of compensation the veteran will receive. Dr. Coltharp has served the Memphis community for over 30 years, starting her practice in 1983.

Dr. Laney has experience testing and fitting hearing and amplification devices for adults and pediatrics.

Dr. Trotti has experience with industrial hearing evaluations and hearing aid technology for adults and pediatrics.
