FDA-Approved Hearing Aids at Over-The-Counter Prices
How Our Program Works
INITIAL EXAM
On the day of your appointment, you will be evaluated by a Doctor of Audiology. Your ears will be examined to rule out wax and other medical issues. The hearing will be tested which will determine your level of hearing loss.
*Why do I need a test?
DEVICE FITTING
Once the doctor has determined you meet the qualifications, you will be immediately fit with pre-programmed hearing aids and a supply of batteries.
TRIAL PERIOD
At end of the 45 day trial period, a patient may return the hearing aids for a full refund if not satisfied. Or the patient may need additional programming for maximum hearing benefit.
Will My Insurance Help With The Cost?
Yes, it is possible that your insurance will help with the cost of hearing aids. Our office can verify hearing aid benefits to determine if you have coverage. Some policies pay for testing and/or hearing aids. Call today with your insurance information and we will help you figure it out.

Your Hearing Can’t Wait
You may not yet have permanent hearing loss, and it could be an easy fix. But before we recommend any solutions, our audiologist should check out what’s going on with your ear canals so that we don’t miss anything obvious!
Is This Program For You?
Most adults with mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss or high-frequency sensorineural hearing loss will qualify for this program. Symptoms may include:
- Muffling of speech and other sounds
- Difficulty understanding words, especially against background noise or in a crowd
- Trouble hearing consonants
- Frequently asking others to speak more slowly, clearly, and loudly
- Needing to turn up the volume of the television or radio
- Withdrawal from conversations
- Avoidance of some social settings
1 in 5 Patients Do Not Require Hearing Aids
Do not go out and buy an expensive hearing device that might not work for you – or worse, cause hearing loss. At Professional Audiological Services, we believe that it is best for everyone to see an audiologist first.
Why Do I Need A Hearing Test?
Your hearing loss may be treatable.
- Hearing loss may be due to a treatable medical condition or disease.
- Wax impaction in the ear canal is common and treatable.
- Hearing loss may be too severe to benefit from an over-the-counter hearing device.
If you do need hearing aids, our audiologists can match you with the device that would work well with your lifestyle and needs.
That’s why our new program offers actual FDA-approved devices at over-the-counter prices – making it easier than ever before!
